TRAINING OF ACADEMIC STAFF FROM RF, UZ AND MN

Elaborated professional competences for civil building engineers meet both academic and enterprise demands. The methodology of teaching and assessment in accordance with ECTS is elaborated. Academic staff re-trained in EU university. 33 academic staff are selected, they had intensive language training – 40 working days (plus 20 days co-financing) and 14 days of training work in EU countries. To organize competitive selection of academic staff from partner countries for training in EU universities it is planned to use such criteria as professional qualification level, active participation in university academic activity, good knowledge of one or two foreign languages, mastering of information technologies and personal participation in the project work. The teachers at EU universities will develop plan of training, they work 20 days for each and 5 days – co-financing. Part of academic staffs, who had a training work at EU universities will prepare 9 new courses and case-studies (Eco-design of habitat, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Arrangement of housing spaces, Systems Thinking, Intelligent Building Systems, Energy Management in Buildings, Occupational Safety and Health Issues in Buildings, Entrepreneurship and Smart Building Technologies, Micro Sensors for Smart Buildings). The others will adapt 9 traditional courses of EU universities (Energy efficient design of buildings and structures, Energy efficient building materials, Entrepreneurship and Leadership, Advanced Energy Conversion Systems, Sustainable Building and Urban Design, Computational Methods in Building Environment Design, Financial Assessment of Intelligent Building Systems, Information and Telecommunication systems for intelligent buildings, Indoor Air Quality Technology and Management) for partner countries specificity.
